Return & Refund Policy

We comply with government standards with our policy on returns. If you would like to make a return or exchange an item you must contact us within 14 days of receiving you order. The item must be in brand new, resalable condition with all tags attached in the original packaging. Return costs will be provided by the customer and the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

All returned orders will be inspected by our team and if the item(s) are not in the original condition they were received in then a refund will be rejected and the customer will need to pay for the shipping costs to have their order delivered back to them. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, you will need to cover the shipping costs to get the item back to us, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. It is highly recommended to use an insured delivery service when sending items back to us. It is the customers responsibility to get the item back to us safely and securely, therefore you will be ineligible for a refund if the item gets lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable accessories. This includes spare laces, foam crease protectors and custom Nike socks. We also do not accept returns for worn/used items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, our team will find/replace the returned item for the correct item that you have purchased.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
