Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-14 business days.

Your order may be dispatched on a Saturday, however Royal Mail do not deliver parcels on Sundays so please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, shipping delays may occur. We will email you as soon as we have an update on your order. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once your order has been processed and dispatched. This usually takes 1-2 business days once your item arrives with our team (or instantly if the product is already in hand).

Customs, duties, and taxes

Alex’s Accents is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Alex’s Accents is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping costs will vary depending on the size of your order and the destination country. These prices will be calculated at checkout. We use Royal Mail, UPS, DHL & DPD Tracked & Signed services for all orders placed outside of the United Kingdom.

Delivery times within Europe are approximately 3-7 business days and approximately 4-10 business days for the rest of the world.
